In-House Capabilities

As a result of our CNC capabilities and CAD skillset, we now offer custom perforated panels to be used as In-Fill panels. Our team are able to custom punch and laser cut a wide variety of hole sizes. With patterns from small holes to intricate designs through material as thick as 6mm, including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, brass and copper.

Fixing holes can also be tailor made. Croft can fold the panel where needed. Infill panels can be supplied with a variety of finishes such as galvanised, plated and powder coated or painted to RAL colours. With a fast turnaround on many custom-made panels, Croft offers a unique service when compared to other suppliers.

Perforate with Margins

Croft also punch with margins. This gives a quality finish on panels. This margin not only acts as a safety edge (or plane edge) but also makes it easier to use the plate during fabrication.
