Baskets, Strainers & Cylinders

Filter Baskets, Strainers and Cylinders all provide a high degree of separation. Each filter design varies and can be manufactured from perforated plate, wire mesh, knitted mesh or wedge wire. The profile build-up of each filter is determined by the level of filtration required alongside operating pressures.

To help keep the pressure drop within the system minimal, we utilise our in-house abilities to custom punch the perforated plate. This allows us to have more control over the open area of the filter, ensuring the product filters at the correct micron size whilst running efficiently. Whilst the perforated plate offers both support and filtration, wire mesh is added to allow for finer filtrations.
