Found in many different process systems, including Croft’s Inline Filters and Quick-Release Filters, Disc Filters are a common filtration solution that can be used within the direct flows of an operating system. They are often installed directly into the pipework with the aid of suitable housing.
Utilising our in-house capabilities, Disc Filters can be manufactured with custom perforated sheet metal, wire mesh, or a combination of the two to achieve your desired micron filtration, with standard discs filtering from 40 microns to 4mm.
Furthermore, the Disc Filters can be developed using Croft’s metal 3D printing (Additive Manufacturing) capabilities.
