Tee Strainers are used to protect pumps, valves and similar equipment from contaminants which can cause system or equipment failures, resulting in unexpected downtime and damaged components. Each filter can be manufactured from 1″ to 24″ in materials such 304 and 316 Stainless Steel amongst others.
The strainer normally has either a bolted cover or a quick opening cover depending on the application. Croft can also offer baskets or another filter medium with an opening area of 500 microns and up, along with flanged fittings to suit the system or equipment.
