Commissioning and Temporary Strainers are used in the early stages of various industries including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Water Treatment and Chemical Processing to protect internal components such as pumps and senses from debris and particles. With over 30 years of experience in commissioning strainers, also known as conical filters, in-line filters, last chance filters, and cone filters. Each filter is custom-made to our customers’ exact specifications- considering flow rate, pressure, and filtration requirements.
Using our in-house capabilities, we punch, form, and weld each filter to ensure precision, quality and reduce unnecessary pressure drops when using our filters. Not only are these filters manufactured with a swift turnaround, but they also undergo Non-Destructive testing to ensure quality.
We offer a range of materials including: Mild & Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Inconel®, Monel®, Hastelloy® and Aluminium Alloy’s. Each material is of European or North American origin and are available with material certification on request.
